If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’ve experienced a loss that changed your life forever.

Maybe you’ve lost a sibling, a parent, a child, a partner, or someone who felt like a part of your soul.

Before anything else, I want you to know this:

You are not weak for struggling.

You are not broken for not moving on.

For a long time, I searched for answers. I wanted someone to give me a roadmap for the pain. I wanted certainty.
